IGN was first to receive an image of this leaked pre-order card. As can be seen in the picture above, the title is destined to hit store shelves on November 13, 2012. No such pre-order card can be spotted for the PC version, but PS3 and Xbox 360 will be getting the game, if the image is to be believed. Meanwhile, the official website of CoD has been teasing information related to the upcoming title for the past few days, but it is yet to confirm the name for the new entrant in the series. Call of Duty: Black Ops was launched for multiple platforms in November, 2010. It managed to grab exceptional sales upon its release, even breaking a five-day entertainment industry record during that time period. Having been imbibed with a single-player mode, multiplayer gameplay as well as the famed Zombies mode, this game also received a number of DLCs later on. These include the Rezurrection DLC, the Annihilation DLC and more.

If at all the news of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is real, it will only be officially confirmed on May 1, when Activision plans to announce its new CoD title.
