Batman: Arkham Knight PC requirements ask for 55GB of storage space

Those who will be buying Batman: Arkham Knight for their PCs can take note that the requirements for the game have finally been revealed by its developer. One thing that they should be ready for is the massive size of the title’s package. It has been disclosed that a whopping 55GB of space will be needed to occupy the game on PCs. Of course, there’s no Windows XP support, as only 64-bit copies of Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 8 will be compatible with the upcoming offering.

The minimum requirements for Batman: Arkham Knight ask for either an Intel Core i5-750 CPU clocked at 2.67GHz or an AMD Phenom II X4 965 processor running at 3.4GHz. 6GB worth of RAM will be needed to play the game at its minimum settings, apart from a 2GB Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 GPU. As for the recommended PC requirements, Rocksteady tells us that an Intel Core i7-3770 CPU clocked at 3.4GHz or an AMD FX-8350 CPU running at 4GHz will be enough. A 3GB Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 graphics card will also be needed, apart from 8GB worth of RAM. Moreover, the new 3GB Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 will let you play the game on ultra settings.

Batman: Arkham Knight is the fourth main installment to the extremely popular series developed by Rocksteady Studios. Its storyline is set one year after the events portrayed in 2011’s Batman: Arkham City and follows Batman at the peak of his ability. Among all the other unique offerings, it will also have a drivable Batmobile.

Batman: Arkham Knight is slated to be released for the PS4, Xbox One and PC on June 23 this year.
