Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End delayed once again

Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is one of PS4’s most anticipated games, and this is not helped by the fact that the game has been delayed once again. It was slated to arrive in North America on April 26, Europe and India on April 27 and the UK on April 29.

However, that has been changed even as Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End will now be out in all the regions on May 10. This means a two-week delay that will enable the game to enter all worldwide territories on the same date, which seems to be one of the reasons for taking this step.

Sony has also said that the extra time will help it ensure that enough units of the game are manufactured for them to meet the tremendous expected demand from fans of the series and developer Naughty Dog. The company has also mentioned that Uncharted 4 is well on track to go gold by the end of this month.

This is the third time that this title has been delayed by its makers. It was originally supposed to be released in 2015, but was pushed into March last year. The same year saw Sony further pushing its release date ahead into April in order to add more polish to the game.

Uncharted 4 will act as a sequel to Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, and will also be the final entry from the series to star protagonist Nathan Drake. It will feature single player as well as multiplayer gameplay.
