Uncharted 4 multiplayer will run at 60fps

There’s some good news and some bad news for all the Uncharted fans out there. The newest entry into the much loved series will have its multiplayer portion running at 60fps on the PS4, however, the developers have confirmed that the resolution will stay capped at 900p.

As for the single-player part of Uncharted 4, it has been confirmed before this to run at 30fps and 1080p. Achieving the 1080p – 60fps combination is fast becoming a hard task for developers, even as game worlds are increasingly using advanced technologies that are not allowing the standard.

The previous titles from the series which were released recently for the PS4, all ran at 1080p full HD and at 60fps on the PS4, but this was easy to achieve as they were originally made for the PS3. Naughty Dog has revealed technical details about the upcoming game’s multiplayer version at Sony’s Paris Game Week conference.
