This week’s PS Plus incentives count in free Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus and more

The week’s bonus content for North American PS Plus subscribers has been disclosed by Sony through the official PlayStation blog, and it is being highlighted by a free download of Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus which will be offered to these gamers for their PS Vitas. And then, a number of discounts are also lined up for them on titles like Madden NFL 13, Gatling Gears, Section 8: Prejudice and Greed Corp. Let’s have a look at what these deals are like.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus

First and foremost, all PS Plus members will be receiving Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus free of cost this week. This port of the original PS3 offering was released in February last year for Sony’s handheld console. It comes equipped with support for the Vita’s motion and touch controls, while fresh content also makes its way into it. Plus subscribers can expect the download to be made available sometime later today.

Besides, there’s a Madden 13 Sale that has been introduced by Sony for this week. Both the PS3 and PS Vita versions of this title will be going 30% off for Plus members. This will bring the home console version’s price down to 29.39 USD (approx. Rs. 1,575), and the handheld edition’s cost will become 19.59 USD (approx. Rs. 1,050). Gatling Gears is another discounted offering set to be dished out this week.

Developed by Vanguard Entertainment, this game is a multi-directional shooter which has gamers assuming control of dieselpunk mechs. It is played in an isometric perspective, and has its focus set on destroying waves of enemies. This game was originally released via PSN for the PS3 in June 2011. It will be discounted by 50%, making its price fall down to 2.50 USD (approx. Rs. 135).

Section 8: Prejudice also gets a 50% discount this week. It will hence be seen selling at 5.00 USD (approx. Rs. 270). This sci-fi first person shooter for the PS3 features single player as well as multiplayer components. Lastly, Greed Corp will also be granted a 50% discount for PS Plus members. This turn-based strategy title will have its cost set at 2.50 USD (approx. Rs. 135). All these changes are slated to come into effect with today’s PS Store update.
