This Week’s PS Store Update Brings Journey, Shoot Many Robots and More

The much awaited Journey has finally arrived with this week’s PS Store update, which also brings a host of new content for the PS3 and the PS Vita. The week even marks the beginning of PSN’s Spring Fever program which offers a number of discounts on games from the Call of Duty series.

Journey now sells on PSN at a price of 14.99 USD (approx. Rs. 750). Warp, Shoot Many Robots and Time Machine: Rogue Pilot, are the three new PSN games that have arrived this week for the PS3, the former two of which retail at 9.99 USD (approx. Rs. 500), while the latter sells at 6.99 USD (approx. Rs. 350). The PS3 full games that have come out through the latest PS Store update include BioShock 2 and James Cameron’s Avatar: The Game, purchasable at 19.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,000) each. Phineas And Ferb: Across The Second Dimension has also hit PSN with a price tag of 29.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,500).

PS Vita owners can treat themselves with two new titles this week, as Reality Fighters and Ridge Racer are now available on PSN at 26.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,350) and 24.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,250). Moreover, free demos of Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational, Wipeout 2048, Ridge Racer and Shinobido 2: Revenge Of Zen have also been released for the Vita along with DLCs for games like MotorStorm RC, Ridge Racer and Blazblue: Continuum Shift Extend.

The co-op Shade Survival mode for Uncharted 3 has gone live on PSN. Additionally, gamers who’ve purchased PS3 copies of Street Fighter X Tekken can avail of their free Pac-Man and Mega Man characters now. Along with these, a number of other games receive new DLCs. For PS Plus subscribers, this week’s content is filled with discounts on new as well as previously released titles. They can even get full game trails of James Cameron’s Avatar: The Game and Phineas And Ferb: Across The Second Dimension for free.
