RE: The Umbrella Chronicles includes a total of eight playable characters, covering Rebecca Chambers, Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine, while on the other hand, RE: The Darkside Chronicles features a narrative which takes gamers back to the story of Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield, who’re trying to escape Raccoon City. This title was also instrumental in revealing the reason behind Leon and Krauser’s enmity.

The Resident Evil: Chronicles HD Collection will be released as a bundle through the European as well as North American PSN during June, 2012. Both games will be made available to purchase individually on later dates.
