After announcing their Generations Expansion Pack, the Sims Studio has announced another such pack this time consisting of environmental add-ons. The Sims 3 Town Life Stuff pack provides gamers the opportunity to enhance their localities with libraries, advanced gyms, bungalow playgrounds and Laundromats.
The pack features an elegant library where Sims can socialize with each other. A home library set is also available. Fitness conscious Sims can use high-tech gyms in the pack which are fully equipped with treadmills, weight machines and more such machinery. Houses can also be enhanced with washers and dryers.
Playgrounds which provide sandboxes, slides, tree houses and other such items are also present in the pack. New hairstyles and outfits too are included in the Town Life stuff pack. Neighborhood stores like Fresh and Frozen Express Grocer, Par Excellence Preparatory School and Scrumptious Nibbles Café also feature in the pack.
The Sims 3 Town Life Stuff Pack is currently available for pre-order at the EA store and will release officially on June 26.
