Retro games score high on the nostalgia factor and never fail to amuse gamers. Seemingly that’s the reason why an increasing number of old titles are being re-released on today’s consoles. Namco Bandai, keeping up with the trend has made available its PS one games Tekken and Ridge Racer Type 4 on the PSN.
Ridge Racer Type 4 is an arcade-style racing game originally released in 1999. It features over 300 possible car variations. Eight racing tracks are present in the game along with two-player split-screen modes and two driving models.
The 1995 title Tekken has seen many follow-ups over the years. The original allows gamers to compete in the King of Iron Fist tournament with the same characters, moves and 2D gameplay experience.
Tekken and Ridge Racer 4 are now available for download on PS3 and PSP via the PSN.
