Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs

Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs is an indirect sequel to its cult classic predecessor which gave gamers quite some scares with its cleverly created atmosphere and frantic moments. While the earlier title was crafted by Frictional Games, the development duties of Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs are being handled by The Chinese Room which has been responsible for games like Korsakovia and the experimental Dear Esther.

First announced in February 2012, it was slated to be launched during the fall of last year. However, in July that year, its makers pushed its arrival date forward into Q1 2013. And then in February, another announcement confirmed that it has been further delayed until the second quarter of 2013. It didn’t stop at that, as Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs was then thrust into late summer during this June by the developers, citing time for final touches.

And now, we finally have a release date which fans can start looking forward to. As mentioned above, pre-orders for Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs are being offered at discounted prices currently.
