In the past, there have been many role-playing games on the PC platform. This year too, Bethesda was kind enough to release Fallout 3, their action RPG on the PC along with releasing it on the consoles. One other RPG that was much talked about in 2008 was Fable II for the Xbox 360.
Microsoft has bought games earlier thought to be exclusive for the Xbox 360 to the PC. It seems that Fable II is no different. A gaming news website from Germany is reporting that an inside source from Lionhead Studios told them that Fable II would apparently come to the PC platform in February 2009. In fact, the release date of the role-playing game was also mentioned. Fable II, it seems, will be released on the PC on February 15, 2009.
The first Fable game was ported to the PC after being released on the Xbox. Fable II has sold a lot of copies since launch and Microsoft as well as Lionhead just revealed the Fable II DLC for the Xbox 360 a few days back.
