When it was first released for the Xbox 360 two years ago, people raved about the gameplay of Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. The game by Bethesda was one of the best role playing games that was released in 2006. Now Pete Hines from Bethesda has pointed out that their forthcoming game Fallout 3 will be better than Oblivion.
Pete Hines is the vice-president of Bethesda. He was asked at a roundtable interview by VideoGamer.com in London about his views on the reviews Fallout 3 and Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Hines replied, “I have no doubts in my mind that, at its core and for everything that it provides that Fallout is a better game than Oblivion was. For sure.”
The Bethesda man had explained that Bethesda is not oblivious to the fact that they have picked up a franchise and re-imagined a series from a decade ago. Fallout 3 is expected to be out later this year and will release on the PS3, Xbox 360 and the PC platforms.
