Gotham City Impostors Gets Yet Another Free Update

A new game mode, a map as well as fresh character voice customization options have found their way into the second free update for Gotham City Impostors which was launched recently for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. Akin to the earlier update, this content will first be doled out through Xbox Live, while its PS3 and PC versions will be patched later on.

The new mode which forms a part of the DLC is dubbed Bounty Hunter, and is said to proffer fans with a variant of the traditional Team Deathmatch mode. Each team will be rewarded for collecting bounties from their fallen opponents, whereas the winner will be the first team to collect a total of fifty bounties. Furthermore, the fresh East End map that enters this update has been announced to be playable in all multiplayer game modes, as well as the single-player challenge mode.

Gamers wanting their characters to speak in dialects other than the default language, will now be able to have them talk in English, French, Italian, Spanish and German. GC Imposters was released for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC as a digital download in February, 2012. Developed by Monolith Productions, this game has players donning the roles of either amateur vigilantes or villains, allowing them to turn themselves into imposters of Batman or Joker.

Gotham City Impostors is now available for purchase through PSN, Xbox Live and Steam. Its PS3 and PC versions sell at 14.99 USD (approx. Rs. 790) each, while for the Xbox 360, it’s priced at 1200 Microsoft Points. The fee update can be downloaded currently for free by all those who own the title.
