Last year in November, Activision came out with a game known as Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, which fans felt was the best game in the franchise. But now they are eagerly awaiting the release of Call of Duty: World at War, the next game in the shooter series.
Just the way it is with blockbuster games these days, this FPS also has a special edition! Now details of the Call of Duty: World at War Limited Collector’s Edition have been revealed. So what so special about the CoD: World at War CE? Well, gamers who manage to get it stand to get the FG 42 Machine Gun faster.
Also, Call of Duty: World at War Limited Collector’s Edition will offer a week of double experience in multiplayer, this will be speeding up your progress. Besides all these, there are things like a colored clan tag and an 8-ounce brushed stainless steel canteen that is CoD branded. Last but not the least, there is the metal storage tin that has Call of Duty inspired artwork and has enough space, so that you can store all your CoD games in it!
Call of Duty: World at War Limited Collector’s Edition will be available for the Xbox 360 and PC. The Xbox 360 version costs $79.99 (approx. Rs. 3680) while the PC LE of CoD: World at War costs $69.99 (approx. Rs. 3220). No word on the PS3 version yet. The Call of Duty: World at War Limited Collector’s Edition will be out in the US on November 11, 2008 while Europe gets it three days later, that is on November 14, 2008.
