Electronic Arts released NFS Shift 2 Unleashed for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC late last month. The latest racing title was also touted to include Pagani Huayara as well as a Limited Edition and some bonus items. Speed demons are further provided with Shift 2 Unleashed game’s first downloadable pack that comes in the form of the Legends Content Pack.
This bundle is packed with a dramatic range of race cars that zoomed across the tarmac back during racing’s golden age which took place in the late 1960s and early 1970s. The esteemed vehicles are claimed to be famous for their technical handling capabilities, powerful engines and dramatic car designs. The pack also includes five challenging classic race tracks from all across the globe. This includes the historic Rouen-Les-Essarts which was once known as one of Europe’s finest circuits. The others feature Dijon-Prenois, Hockenheim, Monza and Silverstone.
From the year 1965, the pack comprises of Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GTA, Austin Mini Cooper S, Ford GT40 Mk.I and Shelby Cobra ‘Daytona’ Coupe. Other vehicles include BMW 3.0 CSL Gr. 5 (1975), Ford Capri RS3100 Gr.4 (1974), Ford Escort Mk1 RS1600 (1971), Ford Lotus Cortina (1963) and Jaguar E-Type Lightweight (1963). Furthermore, Nissan Fairlady 240ZG (S30) (1971) and Skyline 2000GT-R (C10) (1972) as well as Porsche 911 Carrera RSR 3.0 (1974) and 914/6 GT (1970) was also included. The car Team Need For Speed Porsche 911 Carrera RSR 3.0 is featured in the content pack.
The Shift 2 Unleashed Legends content pack can be downloaded from the Xbox Live Marketplace and PlayStation Network for 800 Microsoft Points and 7.99 GBP (approx. Rs. 582) respectively.
