Similar to the show on which it is based, the game throws over-the-top challenges at its players who must constantly strive to overcome them. In the series’ third iteration, fan-favorite obstacles like the Sweeper Arms and the Big Balls have made a comeback. And to spice up the excitement, this time around, fans will also come across 12 brand new themes along with a host of new-fangled challenges. Matt Kunitz, Creator and Executive Producer, Wipeout, remarked, “Much of Wipeout’s success has stemmed from the fact that people of all ages enjoy the show. We want to capture that essence with Wipeout 3 so that kids, parents, and even grandparents can plunge into this easy-to-learn, zany game.”

This game will also sport split-screen features with multiplayer and group modes that will accommodate up to four people, allowing gamers to tag along friends and relatives in the ride. With every miss and fall, the instant replay feature will take fans through their most amusing wipeouts to double in on the laughter. Gamers would even be able to the Wipeout shop to pick up handy items and boost up their performances.

The release date of Wipeout 3 has not yet been disclosed by the company.
