Based on a completely new franchise, this offering will be developed as well as published by Capcom. It is designed to include an open world environment and will supposedly provide players with fulfilling action combat and the freedom to explore and interact with its open world. Dragon’s Dogma is set to introduce a new team system to the genre. These teams will comprise three Pawns, who are AI partners that fight independently, by using the powers and abilities learnt through the actions of players.

They can even borrow their friends’ Pawns that are equipped with specific skills and experience required in a particular quest. It is being said that thousands of ready-made Pawns will be available to choose from in the offline mode alone.
