The much awaited Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD has finally been dated for the Xbox 360 and it has also been revealed to be the first title to be coming out under this year’s Xbox Live Summer of Arcade program. Other games that will be doled out through the promotion include Wreckateer, Deadlight, Hybrid and Dust: An Elysian Tail. Gamers who purchase any three of these games will be rewarded with 400 Microsoft Points.
For those unaware, Tony Hawk’s PS HD is a downloadable title which proffers players with levels from classic Tony Hawk’s games that have been remade in high-definition. It will be made available at 1200 Microsoft Points. The next game to enter this program is the Kinect-enabled Wreckateer which comes out on July 25. Priced at 800 Microsoft Points, this title allows players to assume control of a castle-wrecking Ballista by using the Kinect.
Deadlight will be released on August 1, and will sell at a price of 1200 Microsoft Points. This platformer is set in an alternate reality world during the 1980s, when the world has ended and there is no hope left for mankind to survive. Furthermore, Hybrid is an online multiplayer shooter which contains strategy and simulation elements. It will be released on August 8 with its price tagged at 1200 Microsoft Points.
The final game to form a part of the Xbox Live Summer of Arcade is another platformer named Dust: An Elysian Tail. This game would be coming out on August 15 and it will be priced at 1200 Microsoft Points. As mentioned above, the highlight of this program – Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD will be launched on July 18.
