“We challenged our development team to develop innovative features that would maximize the FIFA experience on 3DS. They delivered intuitive new touch screen controls and a curved pitch in our Street mode that truly brings the 3D elements to life,” elucidated Matt Prior, Producer for FIFA 12 on Nintendo 3DS. “When you combine these features and many other innovations with all the authentic players and kits for the upcoming season, we are confident that this will be the best football game available on Nintendo 3DS.”

Like other titles in the franchise, this installment will facilitate gamers to step into the shoes of a professional footballer or create a personalized avatar. Its integrated 3D Street Football Mode carves out a bustling environment which displays superior quality graphics with full 3D effects. This mode also stretches out 5 versus 5 matches set in exotic street corner or indoor environments.

The company has emphasized that the optional touchscreen controls introduced into EA FIFA 12 extend refined precision and command. The design of these controls lets gamers employ the lower touchscreen of the device to shoot balls into a goal post with advanced accuracy and force.
