Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood PSP Comes to Europe this Summer

Fullmetal Alchemist is a famous Japanese manga series which is illustrated and written by Hiromu Arakawa. Now Namco Bandai Games Europe brings a new game to the acclaimed franchise entitled Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. The company is set to unfurl the game onto the Sony PSP gaming system.

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood is based on the 2009 anime series bearing the same name as the game. PSP owners residing in Europe will be able to acquire the game for the very first time. They will be able to follow all the exciting adventures of the Elric brothers namely Edward and Alphonse as they go in search of the philosopher’s stone.

The two youngsters were cursed when they tried to bring their mother back to life. Edward lost his leg and arm while Alphonse’s soul found itself being entrapped in a medieval armor suit. The brothers are bound by their strong relationship and equipped with remarkable skills. With only these assets, they embark on a journey to find the powerful stone which will restore their bodies to their former selves.

The Adventure Mode found in the game sees the Elric brothers trying to foil a fool proof plan as well as fighting with other powerful alchemists in deadly battles. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood also includes loads of additional customizable playable characters. Gamers can use the points gathered during gameplay and upgrade their abilities and special powers.

They will be to conduct fights in various battle arenas in which all their alchemist abilities can be fully fathomed. Players can use the topography of the place strategically and to their advantage as well as execute special Combination Attacks. Two to four players can either engage in gameplay corporately or against each other through the ad hoc Wi-Fi.
