007 Legends, the new FPS game based on several James Bond flicks, has arrived in retail as well as via this week’s PS Store update along with the Doom 3 BFG Edition. Silent Hill: Book of Memories launches for the PS Vita, while PS Plus subscribers get to enjoy the beta of PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, and even get a free download of Payday: The Heist.
007 Legends allows gamers to play through some of James Bond’s most memorable undercover missions from throughout the film franchise. It sells on PSN at 59.99 USD (approx. Rs. 3,165). The DOOM 3 BFG Edition on the other hand, is a re-mastered version of the classic horror FPS, and it contains added missions as well as the Resurrection of Evil expansion which was released post its launch. It is available for purchase at 39.99 (approx. Rs. 2,110).
Other new PS3 games include Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy!, which sell at 29.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,580) each. They can get into the beta of PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale currently even if they do not possess a PS Plus membership. A new game, Silent Hill: Book of Memories is also out for the handheld now along with Dokuro, with their prices set at 39.99 (approx. Rs. 2,110) and 19.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,055), respectively.
PS Plus subscribers get a free download of Payday: The Heist as well as access to the PS3 version of the PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale beta. Moreover, they even receive early access to The Unfinished Swan which they can download now for 14.99 USD (approx. Rs. 790). And a number of games and other items are being offered to them at discounted rates.
This week’s PS Store update also marks the beginning of The Halloween Sale which is discounting horror-themed titles for a limited period.
