Dishonored, XCOM: Enemy Unknown shine among this week’s PS3 Releases

It’s finally time to indulge in the fresh stealth-based antics of Arkane Studios’ Dishonored, while another one of this week’s PS3 releases XCOM: Enemy Unknown too has quite some excitement surrounding it. Just Dance 4 and Port Royale 3 will also be hitting retail tomorrow. And that’s just the start; a number of awesome games like Machinarium, Joe Danger 2: The Movie, Retro City Rampage, The Testament of Sherlock Holmes and more will be seen making their way to PSN.

Dishonored is an action-adventure stealth game that features steampunk visuals, and takes place in a fictional recreation of seventeenth century London which was affected by the Great Plague. It has been created by Arkane Studios, the developer that had contributed to the art and design aspects of BioShock 2. And then there’s XCOM: Enemy Unknown, a reimagined remake of the original UFO: Enemy Unknown.

Just Dance 4 also drops as one of this week’s PS3 releases with its PS Move-based offerings and over 40 songs from top artists Flo Rida and Maroon 5. Port Royale 3 which will be hitting store shelves tomorrow is a business simulation game under the popular series which features real-time battles and towns that can be owned, built, developed or razed.

There’s a long list of games that will be arriving via PSN, with the highlights among them being Retro City Rampage (PS3 and PS Vita), Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock (PS Vita), The Testament of Sherlock Holmes, Joe Danger 2: The Movie, Machinarium, Devil May Cry: HD Collection and Worms Revolution. Other than these, games like Derrick the Deathfin, Spy Hunter, Birds of Steel, Naughty Bear (Gold Edition) and Warlords will be released through the service as well.

Last among the week’s PS3 releases are a few demos that will be dished for free via PSN. These include those of XCOM: Enemy Unknown, Joe Danger 2: The Movie, Naughty Bear: Panic in Paradise, Retro City Rampage, Sunflowers and Warlords.
