Enhanced versions of two titles from the God of War franchise will be released in the form of God of War: Origins this week for the PS3, alongside games like NHL 12 and Renegade Ops. Other games which are set to be launched for the console include Ferrari: The Race Experience, Bulletstorm as well as demos of FIFA Soccer 12 and Pro Evolution Soccer 2012.
Re-mastered editions of God of War: Chains of Olympus & God of War: Ghost of Sparta would be a part of God of War: Origins which will retail on the PSN as well. September 13 will see the North American launch of EA’s ice hockey title NHL 12 which has already been released in Europe. Powered by the ‘Full Contact Physics Engine,’ this title will allow gamers to shatter glass, send helmets flying and knock players, aside from playing ice hockey of course.
White Knight Chronicles II is another game which is about to be launched tomorrow. This title apparently holds more than 30 hours of single player campaign. The Penguins of Madagascar: Dr. Blowhole Returns (Again!) is also slated to release this week for the PS3. Bulletstorm, which was made available to gamers in early 2011, will be up for grabs through PSN tomorrow. This first person shooter supposedly involves ‘over-the-top’ combat moves and ‘outrageously large’ guns.
Ferrari: The Race Experience is a racing game that is officially licensed by the Italian carmaker. Thirty four Ferrari cars and seventeen racetracks will be a part of this PSN launch. Elemental Monster: Online Card Game is another online release lined-up for this week. Renegade Ops, which is the final title in the PSN Play program, will make its way to the PS3 tomorrow.
Other noticeable titles that can be purchased by gamers for their PS3 consoles consist of the PS one Japan Import named Cyberbots: Fullmetal Madness and the PS one Classic, Pong. Apart from these, PSN users would also be able to download demos of FIFA Soccer 12, Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 and Ace Combat Assault Horizon.
