God of War: Collection to hit PlayStation Store on November 2

Originally mastered by SCE Santa Monica Studios and then later refurbished for PS3 adding titles and porting in high-definition by Bluepoint Studios, the first two editions of God of War series were each released last year on a Blu-ray disc. Now, according to the official PlayStation blog, both of the titles are ready to be ported together as God of War: Collection early this November on PSN.

God of War: Collection

Allowing users to experience Kratos’ quest in full 720p HD, the new collection edition bundles both of the God of War titles revamped for PS3 with anti-aliased graphics running at 60 fps providing a steady gameplay. This fresh compilation is the first one in its franchise to bring support for PSN Trophy to its fantastical titles. While the God of War: Collection does not include the bonuses featured along with the original discs, PS Plus subscribers will be offered to download full-game trials for both the games. They will also be rewarded with free God of War III themed skins along with the same.
