The month of June saw The Sims 3 Ambitions Expansion Pack releasing for the PC and Mac. We had also reported that The Sims 3 Fast Lane Stuff Pack would make it onto the gaming scene this autumn. Now The EA Play Label of Electronic Arts has revealed that The Sims 3 Late Night Expansion Pack will also enter stores this fall.
The newly announced expansion pack for The Sims 3 enables players to let their hair down with an active downtown scene. They can unwind by going to the hottest parties, local bars and even go on tour with their Sims’ band, relax in a hot tub. Their Sims will get to traverse across the busy urban setting where they can try their hand at being a mixologist, director, member of a music band or a local celebrity.
“The community has been very vocal about unleashing their Sims in more interesting and unpredictable social situations,” commented Scott Evans, General Manager of The Sims Studio at EA. “The Sims 3 Late Night is full of ways to approach a rich, new life beyond a Sims’ normal day, such as schmoozing with celebrities on the rooftop of a skyscraper, wooing the crowd with your Sim’s band, or being the best bartender in town at the hottest new lounge.”
To get into the clubs and other party scenes, gamers will need to keep the attitude of their Sims in check else they would be snubbed by tough bouncers and have to find another way into the place. With The Sims 3 Late Night Expansion Pack, players can sit at the bar, lounge at a chic club or even dive deep into the secrets of a vampire.
The Sims 3 Late Night Expansion Pack is slated to release this autumn although the exact pricing and availability details are still under wraps.
