Back in April, we reported that EA’s The Sims 3 will unfurl onto consoles by autumn 2010. Earlier this month, the company also announced The Sims 3 for the Nintendo 3DS which is scheduled to unveil some time next year. The Sims Studio now discloses that The Sims 3 Fast Lane Stuff pack is currently under development and slated to release this fall.
The Fast Lane offering for Sims 3 is noted to be the first stuff pack to only focus on vehicles as well as the fast-lane lifestyle. There are four different lifestyle options to opt from namely rockabilly, racing, classic luxury and intrigue. Each category includes unique items for the in-game Sims such as vehicles, home furnishings and the latest trendy fashions.
An ultimate garage can also be created for storing their vehicles such as motorcycles or professional racing cars. The Sims can further be customized by endowing them with neon wall signs, workbenches, tool boxes, sponsor-laden racing jumpsuit among others. The upcoming stuff pack is expected to unleash the car enthusiast within gamers.
The Sims 3 Fast Lane Stuff pack can now be pre-ordered from the EA Store and can be enjoyed this autumn. The exact pricing and availability details on the offering are still unclear.
