It was recently announced that DJ Jazzy Jeff will be featured in the DJ Hero music video game as a playable character. Now, a DJ Hero Renegade Edition featuring Jay-Z and Eminem has been unveiled. The Renegade Edition will come with a turntable carrying case, a special turntable controller and an exclusive 2-CD pack.
DJ Hero will allow gamers to convert over 100 songs into more than 90 thumping mixes. The music game will have beginner, easy, medium, hard, and expert game modes and will feature many music genres including rock, pop, R&B, hip-hop and electronica.
The Renegade Edition includes the upcoming DJ Hero game, an exclusive Renegade turntable with premium metal controls and finish. It also has a 2-CD pack featuring unreleased tracks from Jay-Z and Eminem along with a hardshell turntable carrying case that can double up as a DJ stand.
Fans can view the ‘Renegade’ video performed by Jay-Z and Eminem on the music game’s official website. Currently being developed by FreeStyleGames, DJ Hero is likely to be available for PS3, Xbox 360, Wii and PS2 consoles this fall. No exact details about the prices have been confirmed so far.
