Skyrim’s Anniversary Edition Coming This Year With Fishing Added

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Believe it or not, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim turns ten this year and there are still versions of it coming out every now and then. The latest one will be its Anniversary Edition, which will be released on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC this November 11.

First, let us talk about new content that’s headed to the game. Players will soon be able to head fishing in the many rich waters of Skyrim. It is actually part of a trio of Creation Club mods that will be made available for free to all those who own the Special Edition of the game.

This free content will also include a Survival Mode mod and new quests with Saints and Seducers. Those who own the Special Edition will get this update for free soon. And those who own it on new-gen consoles will also get enhancement patches on November 11.

Coming back to the Anniversary Edition of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, it will include the full game, its three expansions, and over 500 pieces of unique content from Creation Club. These include pre-existing and new quests, dungeons, bosses, weapons, spells, and more. And of course, everything coming to the Special Edition will also be present.

Skyrim is included Xbox Game Pass and those who hold the Special Edition as part of the program will also be eligible for the update. And anyone owning the Special Edition will have the option of upgrading to the Anniversary Edition at an additional cost, which hasn’t been revealed as yet.
