The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt getting its Blood and Wine expansion on May 31, says leak

There’s great news for fans of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt who are currently waiting to jump into its second expansion named Blood and Wine. Its release date has been leaked, leading us to believe that it will be outed on May 30 or May 31.

The new Blood and Wine expansion for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will introduce a new region to the game. This upcoming DLC was preceded by the Hearts of Stone expansion that was released by the Polish developer for the title back in October last year.

Users of NeoGAF claim to have spotted the release date of Blood and Wine on its official Steam page. While this information now seems to have been taken down, screenshots of it still exist, as can be seen in the space down below.

Some users have reported seeing May 30 as the fateful date, whereas some have reported spotting May 31 on the listing. More information about The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is to be revealed later this month by its makers, and probably that’s when they’ll be making its release date official.

Blood and Wine is set in a new region named Toussaint, and is said to feature more than 20 hours of gameplay. In comparison, the earlier expansion for this RPG, Hearts of Stone kicks in just 10 hours of gameplay. Blood and Wine is hence being looked forward to by a lot of fans of the game.
