Capcom’s upcoming open-world action RPG, Dragon’s Dogma, is all geared up to make an appearance in the form of a demo prior to its official May release. This demo will be made available to download for free through PSN and Xbox Live on April 24 in North America and on April 25 in Europe.

Two playable areas have been revealed to form part of the demo, while an equal number of character classes will also be playable for gamers. One of the two quests will be the title’s prologue wherein, a character from the ‘sword-and-shield’ Fighter class will be battling with a Chimera. And the other one involves the ‘well-rounded’ Strider class fighting an airborne Griffin in the open fields of Gransys.

Apart from these quests and character classes, players will even be able to get a taste of the title’s character customization system. And moreover, they’ll be allowed to import this character data into the final game when it releases on May 22 and May 25 in North America and Europe, respectively.

As we’ve mentioned, the Dragon’s Dogma demo will be hitting PSN and Xbox Live on April 24 in North America and on April 25 in Europe. It will be downloadable for free.
