Square Enix recently revealed that Front Mission Evolved would launch in North America this September. Now Square Enix has announced Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light for the Nintendo DS. The game is scheduled to release in the UK in Autumn 2010.
The brand new Final Fantasy game for the DS boasts of picture book visuals and an easy to control battle system designed to appeal both to newcomers as well as old fans of the series. Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light features a classic story of four young heroes who begin an epic adventure, and takes the concept of a traditional RPG back to the basics. The game has dragons, kings, princesses and witches.

Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light continues this famous tradition, with an adventure that boasts incredible ease of play and a gorgeous art style that should prove to be extremely popular with fans.”
The game’s classic turn-based Battle system blends innovation and tradition, and players can set their own battle commands. Up to four players can join in the adventure on the DS, conquering dungeons together. The new job change “Crown System” lets players change their character’s class by switching out their hat. There are over 20 jobs to choose from including Black Mage, White Mage, and Ranger.
