Valkyria Chronicles is a tactical role playing game which is exclusively for the PS3. The game has been developed by Sega WOW’s Overworks division and published by Sega. The game is played in 1935 Europa, which is a fictional version of Europe. Now Sega has revealed that DLC for Valkyria Chronicles will be released on the PlayStation Network.
The game which was released in 2008, has achieved a considerably high critical rating and has been well received by practically every critic. In the game, the neutral nation of Gallia becomes the target of warring East Europan Imperial Alliance, which wants to get its hands on the ragnite ore, abundant in the nation and used to make a powerful fuel. The game has visuals which are made to resemble a fluid watercolor painting in motion.
The DLC for Valkyria Chronicles features extra missions and modes and is set for release on April 16, 2009 on the PlayStation Network. The two new missions are Behind Her Blue Flame and Enter The Edy Detachment. The DLC also includes an extra difficulty mode and can be purchased for 3.19 GBP (approx. Rs. 235).
