Blast! Entertainment Limited has announced Mr. Bean for the PS2. They have signed up with Tiger Aspect Productions for the game, which will have 3D levels where gamers will have to avoid tricky traps and solve problems along the way to find his missing Teddy with the help of Bean’s girlfriend Irma Gobb.

Entertainment said, “It is very pleasing to have secured Mr. Bean in our continuing efforts to sign up high profile movie, TV and cartoon licenses to create games aimed at kids and families, with the overall mission to provide a publishing platform to bridge the gap between mainstream children’s film and TV to interactive entertainment.”
Katherine Senior, Executive Producer, Tiger Aspect Productions says, “Mr. Bean is an extremely strong worldwide property and bringing the character to an interactive format is a natural progression for the brand, we feel Blast! is the perfect partner to bring Mr. Bean to a totally new level.”
No launch date for the Mr. Bean game has been revealed by Blast Entertainment. However, the new Mr. Bean movie, Mr. Bean’s Holiday has already been released in movie theaters.
