Street Fight IV PC Specs Revealed by Capcom

Street Fighter IV was released on consoles a few months ago and recently we reported on the PC version of the game getting a fight pad bundle. Now on the Capcom Unity blog, the PC specs of Street Fighter IV have been listed.

The minimum requirements for the game to run are Windows XP, with an Intel Pentium4 2.0 GHz or higher CPU. Players must have at least 1 GB RAM or higher, 10 GB of free HDD space and an Nvidia GeForce6600 series or higher, or an ATI Radeon X1600 or higher, having a minimum of 256 MB Video RAM, and which is DirectX 9.0c/Shader3.0 or higher compatible. The system must be DirectSound compatible and run at a minimum of 640×480 32bit Color settings.

The recommended specs are Windows Vista, with Intel Core2Duo 2.0GHz or higher and 2GB RAM or higher. 10 GB of hard drive space is needed and ATI Radeon X1900 or higher or Nvidia GeForce8600 series or higher, with 512 MG VRAM which is compatible with DirectX 9.0c/Shader3.0 or higher, will do the trick giving hassle-free play. The system should be DirectSound compatible and running at 1280 by 720 pixels in 32bit Color settings.

With Windows XP, players are resigned to using the keyboard and mouse to navigate the menus and to fight, while PC gamers with Windows Vista can use the fight pad to play the game. The PC version of SFIV hits US retailers, on July 7, 2009 for 39.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1, 970) or for 59.99 USD (approx. Rs. 2, 955) bundled with the fight pad.
