Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney available on WiiWare

This week on the Nintendo Download we have three WiiWare titles and one Virtual Console title, one of which will allow players to take control of the courtroom using the Wiimote. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, Chronos Twins DX, and ShadowPlay are available on WiiWare, while Shanghai II: Dragon’s Eye is available on the Virtual Console.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney from Capcom makes its way over to WiiWare for one player. The game stars Phoenix Wright, a rookie defense lawyer who throws some of the wildest cross-examinations in town. Four intriguing cases are available which lead to dramatic and even comic court proceedings. And players can use the Wii remote to investigate crime scenes, question witnesses and present evidence. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney is available for 1000 Wii Points.

Chronos Twins DX from publisher EnjoyUp Games is for one player. The game lets players live in the fantastic world of innovative ideas. Using a Dual Gameplay game system, players can control Nec, in two temporal scenarios at the same time. Chronos Twins DX combines action, platform, adventure and puzzles, and can be downloaded for 1000 Wii Points.

ShadowPlay

Lastly on the WiiWare is the game ShadowPlay from Deep Fried Entertainment. In the game, light meets everyday objects for some fun with shadows. The game offers challenges by transforming shadows into over a hundred exciting and unique puzzles. More creative ways to solve puzzles will become apparent as the game progresses. The game’s Free Play Mode allows players to go wild and create some unique shadow art, while local co-op is available for friends to jump in. ShadowPlay is for one or two players and can be purchased by redeeming 800 Wii Points.

On the VC is the game Shanghai II: Dragon’s Eye from Sega for one or two players. Mahjong solitaire has been reinvented and the game features some enchanting music, fun animation and exciting obstacles. You must clear the board by removing matching pairs of tiles, but each tile you remove could be your last. Simple though it may be, the game’s depth and intricacy will have you going at it for hours. Shanghai II: Dragon’s Eye is available for 800 Wii Points.
