Paper Mario: Sticker Star release date in Europe out, More retail games hit eShop

Along with the revealing December 7 to be the Paper Mario: Sticker Star release date in Europe, Nintendo has also announced the arrival of high-profile retail games on the 3DS eShop service in the region. These games include hits like The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D, Super Mario Bros. 3D Land, Star Fox 64 and Mario Kart 7.

All the information was disclosed by the company through one of its Nintendo Direct conferences. The newest Mario title is a role-playing game for the 3DS under development from Intelligent Systems. Its North American launch is set for November 11. This game is the fourth installment to the Paper Mario series, and the first to be coming to handheld systems.

The retail games that have made their way to the European eShop will also be seen jumping onto the North American territory within the next two weeks. It is being said that these titles will sell at 40 USD (approx. Rs. 2,070) each. And their price on Europe’s version of the serve is 40 GBP (approx. Rs. 3,350).

Besides, a limited edition Pikachu 3DS XL was also unveiled by Nintendo through the conference. This hardware is exclusive to Europe and will be made available in extremely limited quantities. No plans have been announced by the company as yet about bringing it into other territories.

With the Paper Mario: Sticker Star info now out in the open, 3DS owners can expect this game too to launch digitally day and date with the retail version to keep with the trend.
