Far Cry 6 DLC To Include Rambo, Stranger Things, And Danny Trejo

Far Cry 6

October 7 is when Far Cry 6 is supposed to get its much-anticipated launch and with the game having gone gold now, Ubisoft has seemingly started working on its post-launch content. Interestingly, the DLC road map will include appearances from Rambo, Stranger Things, and actor Danny Trejo.

However, what will highlight the post-launch content for Far Cry 6 will be Insurgencies that will be made available after completing the main campaign. These weekly events will allow you to earn new gear upgrades by finding and eliminating new targets.

Another bunch will be made up of Special Operations that will need you to steal unstable chemical weapons from arms dealers. An added challenge will be added by the fact that you will need to reach the extraction point before they overheat. At launch, two such Special Operations will be available in the form of Mesozoico and Maceo.

Far Cry 6 has its story set on the fictional Caribbean island of Yara that’s ruled by a dictator named Antón Castillo, portrayed by Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul star, Giancarlo Esposito. The story features him raising his son Diego to follow his rule. As the player, you are placed into the shoes of a guerilla fighter named Dani Rojas who is attempting to topple Castillo and his regime.

Far Cry 6 is ready for an October 7 release on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PC, Amazon Luna, and Stadia.
