Rick Sanchez From Rick And Morty Teleports Into MultiVersus Today

MultiVersus

After his grandson Morty Smith made his way into the game last month, it’s time for Rick Sanchez to enter the crossover realm of MultiVersus. Today’s 1.03 update will add the alcoholic scientist to the immensely famous game’s ever-increasing roster of characters.

Through a post on Twitter, the makers of MultiVersus have also revealed the character’s set of moves. They include a fart bomb that will send enemies in the air, a meeseek that can do his fighting for him, and the ability to aim and place two portals.

In keeping with the humor of Rick and Morty, these moves have been named “Yeah, Fart Bomb!,” “Meeseek And Destroy,” and “Basrick Portal Theory.” Apart from the new character, there are a few other things that this MultiVersus update will add.

These include new cosmetics that include a Chef Reindog skin and the ability for those participating in the game via Twitch to see ‘Fighter Voting.’ This will enable streamers to poll their audiences on which fighter they should choose.

The update will also fix a bug that sometimes freezes the end-of-game screen. Additionally, the XP required to go from level three to 15 on the character mastery track has been doubled.

MultiVersus was made available in early access and public beta versions in July this year. This means the game’s full launch hasn’t taken place yet. But sure enough, anyone who wishes to experience the game can do it right now, as it’s available in free-to-play form.

Similar to the Super Smash Bros. games, it’s a platform fighter, which involves players battling on different stages and attempting to knock their opponents outside the boundaries. Its claim to fame is that it includes several characters from Warner Bros., DC Comics, HBO, and more.
