Marvel vs. Capcom 2 comes to PSN

Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is the fighting game which features characters from both the Marvel and the Capcom universe. Earlier the game hit the XBLA, and we reported that it was coming to the PSN in August. Well, now we have word via the PlayStation Blog, that Marvel vs. Capcom 2 has finally arrived on the PlayStation Network for Sony fans. The game features high-resolution graphics, lag-free online play and widescreen support.

MvC2 will put to practice an in-game XBM music option to listen to your favourite playlist while playing the game. The soundtrack of the game itself features music from artists including Mc Supernatural, DJ Qbert, Oh No, DJ Toure, Hieroglyphics, E-40, Planet Asia, Living Legends and many more.

Additionally the first 15,000 people who purchase the full game will receive a code for a free one month subscription to Marvel Digital Comics. There is even a limited edition retail package of the game from GameStop, which includes a PS3 box, codes for the game and a one month subscription to Marvel Digital Comics.

Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is developed by Capcom and Backbone Entertainment. The game is now available via the PSN for just 14.99 USD (approx. Rs. 720).
