We had earlier reported about the PC specs of Street Fighter IV. We now have word from Capcom that the PC version of the game has already been shipped out to the North American market and is available online. The game promises to provide a high adrenaline dose of traditional 2D fight styles mixed with breathtaking 3D character visuals.
Street Fighter IV features classic characters like Ken, Ryu, Guile and Chun-Li along with new ones like Rufus, El Fuerte, Abel and the deadly Crimson Viper. Gamers can pit themselves against others from around the world through the worldwide online gameplay and online match making modes. Apart from providing brand new gameplay systems, the game will also witness the return of six-button controls which will empower players with new moves and features.
One of the most striking features of the PC version of the game is that it will provide screen resolutions higher than those found in consoles versions. The new gameplay systems will allow fans to unleash all hell on opponents using the Ultra Combo system, Focus attacks and Super Combos whereas the Poster, Sumi-E ink and Watercolor visual styles will present the game in a totally new light.
Street Fighter IV is available in North American stores for USD 39.99 (approx. Rs. 1,955) and through various online platforms like Steam, Capcom e-Store, Metaboli, Direct2Drive and GamersGate. Gamers can also purchase the Mad Catz Fight Pad bundle for a suggested retail price of USD 59.99 (approx Rs. 2,935). The fight pad bundle includes the game and Ryu Fight Pad and is available on Amazon, select retail outlets and the Capcom e-Store.
