Apart from a grand single-player campaign, it is also supposed to contain an asynchronous multiplayer model.

It is slated to arrive sometime during this winter.

Gameloft’s Modern Combat series of first-person shooter games has given the mobile gaming scene some of its most popular titles. As its name suggests, Modern Combat 5 is the fifth entry to the franchise, and it had made its debut at this year’s E3. Grand environments will be making their way into the game, apart from frenzied shooting gameplay in single as well as multiplayer modes. Modern Combat 5 was earlier slated to hit the iPad sometime this year, but in October, it was delayed by its makers into 2014 in order to fully achieve their vision.
