The entire title takes place in a 3D room where your goal is to solve a mysterious box that’s located at its center.

2D Boy’s World of Goo has been around since 2008 and it’s still one of the most enjoyable brain-teasers on the Play store. The title takes place in a mysterious world where your main goal is to collect goo balls. To do so, you’ll have to use them to build bridges, towers and other structures to overcome various hurdles like hills, spikes, windmills or cliffs, in order to reach a pipe which transfers the creatures to a container.

The goo balls collected throughout the game will be available in the World of Goo Corporation where they can be used to build a tower. The objective is to design the tallest tower and compete against players across the globe.

If you were expecting to find Angry Birds or Bad Piggies, we’re sorry to disappoint. Well, those titles are pretty great puzzlers, but we’ve got something even better from Rovio – Tiny Thief. Set during the medieval times, you take control of a small guy who sets out to stand up against greed, corruption and injustice as well as save the princess by speaking past opponents and robbing stuff.

The game offers 6 different quests which are full of brain teasers. Gameplay here is basically point and click and there are various hidden items located in each level.

Disney’s Where’s My Water? made a big splash when it launched back in 2011 and it also gave rise to spin-offs titles such as Where’s My Perry? and Where’s My Mickey? which have a similar style of gameplay. The main objective in this title is to create pairs of colors by joining them with pipes across a grid based board. Sounds simple right? The tricky part here is that all colors must be joined without crossing another’s path or being overlapped.

There are various modes available including Time Trial and Free Play which deliver over 1,000 levels. To make things more challenging, the grid size can be increased along with the number of colors on the board.

Layton Brothers Mystery Room is a spin-off to the original Professor Layton series which was launched for the Nintendo DS and 3DS handhelds. Each room has a new challenge where you’ll have to teleport through phones and rearrange parts of the place to solve puzzles. While this title is only single player, you can get competitive by comparing high scores with friends and other players online.

FallenTreeGames has delivered quite a brainteaser with Quell Reflect+. This title has over 80 levels for you to solve which are based on logic. The goal here is to collect balls which are scattered across the place. You have to do so by navigating a big blue ball around obstacles, moving objects and even breaking some.
