Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes price and release date out

Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, a prologue to the much anticipated MGS V: The Phantom Pain, will be deployed by Konami for the PS3, Xbox 360, PS4 and Xbox One on March 18, 2014. This game will be released through retail as well as via download channels. Along with this announcement, the publisher has even showcased the box art for the upcoming title.

Since it’s a small game only meant to act as an introduction to what’s in store in MGS V: The Phantom Pain, its price has been kept on the lower side. And moreover, different rates have been granted to the physical and download versions. For the PS3 and the Xbox 360, Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes will be doled out digitally at 19 USD (approx. Rs 1,160) and through retail at 29 USD (approx. Rs 1,780).

For the PS4 and the Xbox One, the prices get inflated a bit. It will be made available for these consoles digitally at 29 USD (approx. Rs 1,780) and through retail at 39 USD (approx. Rs 2,390). In Europe, the same amounts get converted into Great Britain Pounds.

It can be noted that just like the PS3 and PS4 versions of the game, the Xbox 360 and Xbox One editions of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes too will feature exclusive content which won’t be available for the other console family. The exclusive mission for Sony’s consoles will let you play as Classic Snake, the one for Microsoft’s machines will place you in the shoes of Raiden.

Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes will be out for the above mentioned consoles on March 18 as far as North America is concerned, while it will be seen landing in Europe on March 20.
