Ubisoft Apologizes for Ghost Recon: Future Soldier Splitscreen Co-Op Information

Apparently, a number of retail listings for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier pointed out that the game will also offer splitscreen co-op, but Ubisoft has clarified this ‘miscommunication,’ while apologizing to its fans. The developer has also revealed that the game’s information has been appropriately updated now on all the affected sites.

Ubisoft mentioned that ‘several retail sites’ were stating that splitscreen cooperative gameplay would be available within the game’s campaign. In reality, this game doesn’t feature any kind of splitscreen features, as its co-op gameplay is limited only to online or LAN. Hence, Ubisoft has apologized to all those who purchased the game thinking it has splitscreen features.
