Sorcery Drops This Week for the PS3 Along With Ghost Recon: Future Soldier and More

This week’s PS3 releases are being highlighted by games like the Move-enabled Sorcery, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, Dragon’s Dogma and Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock. A number of other titles will also be spotted on the PSN and at retail alike.

Sorcery

Sorcery brings the world of magic and wizardry to the PS3 with its PS Move features that enable gamers to perform actions such as solving puzzles, casting spells and crafting potions. Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier is a futuristic tactical shooter which acts as the fourth installment to the popular series by Ubisoft. It comprises single-player as well as multiplayer gameplay.

Dragon’s Dogma on the other hand, is an open world RPG which has gamers setting out on a journey to find and kill a mysterious dragon. This game from Capcom also features an online component which offers asynchronous encounters via the PSN and Xbox Live. The final retail game to be dropping tomorrow is Men In Black: Alien Crisis which instead of Agent J or Agent K, allows gamers to play as a new MIB Agent in training.

On the PSN front, the much awaited Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock will be launched for the PS3, while other games like Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition, Alex Kidd In Miracle World, Dragons: Daggerdale, Super Hang-On, The Revenge of Shinobi, Wonder Boy In Monster Land and Wonder Boy In Monster World will also be released through service for the PS3. For the PS Vita however, the only new game hitting Sony’s online offering tomorrow is an augmented reality title dubbed Table Top Tanks.

Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock

Apart from all these, gamers will even be able to download some classic PlayStation games on their PS3 systems. These include the PS one Classic, Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare which first touched down in 2001. Two PS2 Classics – Need for Speed: Most Wanted and Syphon Filter: The Omega Strain would also be launched through the PS Store.

Sorcery, which headlines this week’s PS3 releases, can be pre-ordered through retail as well as via the PSN at a price of 39.99 USD (approx. Rs. 2,180).
