Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier getting Raven Strike DLC Next Month

Ubisoft has announced that a new DLC pack titled Raven Strike is all set to be released for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier in September. Three campaign missions as well as a Guerilla mode map will form part of this downloadable pack which will only be launched for the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game.

Ghost Recon: Future Soldier

One of the three fresh single-player missions is called Secure Dawn, and takes place in a foggy marsh situated in Kazakhstan. It has been revealed that this assignment will prohibit the Ghost team from using advanced technologies like the optical camouflage, drones and sensor grenades. Next in line is the Cold Walker mission which transpires in a train depot on the Russian countryside. And the final of the three missions is named Argent Thunder. It takes place in a nighttime urban setting in Moscow.

Besides these, the Raven Strike DLC will also include a new map for the Guerrilla mode within the game. Dubbed Sawmill, this map will have players facing off against fifty waves of enemies on a foggy Russian countryside. Although this pack will be released for both the PS3 as well as the Xbox 360, there’s no information out yet about its PC version which was reportedly faced with serious bugs post its launch.

The Raven Strike DLC pack for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier will be hitting Xbox Live on September 11, 2012, while its PSN launch will take place on September 12. It will be priced at 11.99 GBP (approx. Rs. 1,050) or 1200 Microsoft Points on the respective services.
