Hitman: Absolution Deluxe Professional Edition revealed, detailed

IO Interactive has taken the curtain off Hitman: Absolution Deluxe Professional Edition. The very limited edition should come as great news to core fans who believe in achieving nothing less than a ‘Silent Assassin’ rating, and who obsess until it boils over into the OCD domain.

Absolution Deluxe Professional Edition

The Deluxe Professional Edition contains a 10-inch vinyl statue of the one and only Agent 47, although his proportions have been readjusted to humorous effect. The similarity between the statue and Lego video game characters is uncanny. This item is basically the main difference between this edition and simply the Professional Edition. Those who purchase the deluxe edition can also look forward to a Making-of DVD which is said to be rather in-depth, as well as a hard-cover Hitman: Absolution art book. Players who crave in-game rewards with special editions can be put at ease as this version also includes the Agency Gun Pack DLC.

Jon Brooke, Brand Director IO Interactive commented on the limited edition saying, “Our community and fans mean the world to us and we’ve worked hard to create a collector’s edition which we think they’ll love.”

Hitman: Absolution is Square Enix’s upcoming stealth video game which follows Agent 47 through a contract killing experience that’s played close to the chest. The game has been stylized as focusing on ‘The Original Assassin’ as he chases down redemption in a corrupt world. Anyone who’s pre-ordered the title gains access to Hitman: Sniper Challenge, a sort of preview of what’s to come, which also carries over into Absolution.
