EA Sports rolls out playable demo of NCAA Basketball 10

Most sports seem to enjoy as much popularity in the virtual world as they do in real life. Electronic Arts is giving gamers a sneak-peek into the upcoming NCCA Basketball 10 with a playable demo of the virtual sport. The demo is already up on Xbox Live Marketplace for Xbox Live Gold patrons and will soon be out for PS3 and Xbox Live Silver members.

The college basketball franchise’s latest installment focuses on team styles of play and substantially revamped gameplay. The game presentation is livened up with CBS and ESPN broadcast features. The company claims that it lends all the enthusiasm and high-spirits of real-life college basketball.

Players can get a taste of well-known rivalry between the University of North Carolina and Duke in this game. It is set for release on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 gaming systems. The Collegiate Licensing Company authorized franchise is still under development by EA Sports.

Xbox Live Silver subscribers may download the NCAA Basketball 10 demo on November 12, 2009. It will be available on PlayStation Network from November 19, 2009 onwards. Pricing and launch date details of the game remain yet unknown.
