God of War and Ico and Shadow of the Colossus Collections go Remote Play for PS Vita

The God of War and Ico and Shadow of the Colossus collections which contain four of the best PlayStation games of all time are set to go playable on the PS Vita. These titles can be indulged in by running the Remote Play application which enables players to control their PS3s using their Vitas and a Wi-Fi connection.

Ico SotC Collection

Both the bundles – one containing the first two GoW games, and the other one, Ico and SotC – are available to purchase only for the PS3. Updates for the two HD collections have been released through PSN by Sony. Once patched, gamers will be able to enjoy the titles anywhere without having to worry about the PS3 systems being around them, provided they have a Vita and a Wi-Fi signal.

Once you download each patch and try out Remote Play for yourself on PS Vita, be sure to let us know what you think!”

GoW Collection

With the updates, each of the collections will receive customizable control options that will let gamers choose to have the PS3’s R2 and L2 buttons mapped to Vita’s rear touchpad. Apart from games, the Remote Play function is also designed for providing access to music, videos and photos.
