Shadow of Destiny was originally released by Konami for the PS2 in 2001, and later ported to the Xbox and PC. Now Konami has announced that Shadow of Destiny will be heading to Sony’s PSP console.
The game follows Eike, a twenty-two year old about to make the most important quest of his life, a quest to solve his own murder. And using a special time travel device, Eike will go back in time, to eras between the 1500s and the present day, as he searches for clues leading up to his death.
Shadow of Destiny features a number of Time Warp Puzzles and stretches the mind to its limits, where anything players do (or have consequently done) in the past will affect the present. The game also has multiple endings which can be unlocked by the player through the course of the game depending on the player’s choices.
Shadow of Destiny is in development for the PSP and is scheduled to release sometime in 2010. Prices for the game have not announced.
